Political Career: He is serving his first term as a Member of Parliament for St. Catherine South Eastern, representing the Jamaica Labour Party. MP Miller currently serves on the following Parliamentary Committees:

• Public Accounts

Profession: Educator/Lecturer.

Civic Activities: Mr. Miller is a Justice of the Peace, former Director of the Jamaica Combined Cadet Force and Former Chairman of the National Youth Service

Education: Bridgeport High School, with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Northern Caribbean University as well as an MBA in Marketing from LaSierra University.
