Parliamentarian

Political career: She is serving as the Member of Parliament for Saint James Southern, having been elected in September 2025. She previously served as Deputy General Secretary of the People’s National Party (PNP) and has held leadership roles within the party’s communications and strategy teams. MP Burchell also serves as the Opposition Spokesperson on Information and Public Communication.

She serves on the Public Administration and Appropriations Committee (PAAC).
