North-East Regional Health Authority

he North-East Regional Health Authority (NERHA) is a statutory body of the Ministry of Health & Wellness, established under the National Health Services Act of 1997. NERHA is responsible for the delivery of health care services across three north-eastern parishes: St. Ann, St. Mary, and Portland , covering a population of approximately 400,000 and a geographic area of 1,018 square miles, making it the smallest of Jamaica’s four regional health authorities.
