Minister Senator Aubyn Hill is a seasoned international banker with over 35 years of private sector experience, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a career spanning more than 125 countries. He spent 21 years banking in the Middle East and is notably credited with leading the successful turnaround of NCB Jamaica. He entered public service in 2020 when Prime Minister Holness appointed him to the Cabinet, in the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation, and was subsequently named Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce in January 2022, overseeing 20 agencies and departments.
