The Auditor General Department in her Financial Report for 2018/2019 pointed out that the Management Institute for National Development (MIND) did not have an effective system in place to reduce the risk of loss arising from uncollected revenue. This resulted in the Agency having substantial Accounts Receivable relating to its core services of approximately $290.0 million as at March 31, 2019.
